Fresh from Germany’s most northern brewery, Flensburger is a favourite of domestic and international markets, not least because of its easily recognisable 330ml stubby flip top bottle. It uses its own water well, with the water supplied by an underground vein sourced from Scandinavia, which not many can boast.
Flensburger Pilsner is a brilliant yellow in colour with a white head. The pleasing aroma of this lager is that of grain and malts. The flavour is mildly bitter with a crisp hoppy taste on the palate. This easy drinking beer also has caramel notes with hints of lemongrass. Light citrus is apparent, with a long dry finish. A full bodied pilsner guaranteed to satisfy.

Northern Monk Northern Lager
We love our big juicy IPAs and impy stouts, however, sometimes what you want is simplicity. We’ve been brewing lagers in Patrons and at our Refectory for a while now – we’ve taken everything we have learnt, continuing to tweak the recipes until we were confident of brewing a really good lager, coming in at a sessionable 4.3%. Bamsberg pilsner malt and Saaz hops bring a distinct clean character to this pilsner-style lager, with additions of wheat rounding out the mouthfeel.
Siren Cacao and Cherry Twisted Breakfast Stout
An indulgence of chocolate and speciality malts, Broken Dream is smooth, unctuous and moreish, brewed with lactose for balance and mouthfeel. As a special one-off, we've taken it a step further here, spinning the beer on sour cherries, cacao nibs and our very own bourbon barrel aged coffee, developed in collaboration with Quarter Horse.
Brick Brewery and Laine Brewery Totally Tropical Caribbean Sour
Brewed in collaboration with our good friends Laine Brew Co. Brighton, this is a bright and balanced totally tropical session sour ale. Fermented with Kveik yeast and our house lactose with grapefruit zest and pineapple puree adding the punch.
Siren Craft Brew Soundwave IPA
Welcome to tropical hop heaven. Soundwave is eminently drinkable, full of flavour and subtle with bitterness. Our most famous beer pours with an inviting haze, while big-hitting American hops deliver fruit notes in abundance and a trademark resinous finish.
Verdant People, Money, Space, Time Pale Ale
A sub 4% soft and sluggable pale that has oodles of Citra and Mosaic seeping from all directions. It drinks way above it's meagre ABV and is crammed full of tropical indulgences and citric sharpness.
