"At Bhajis we specialise in freshly cooked Indian street food, prepared the way it would be in any traditional household. Fresh off the tawa (frying pan) and on your plate.
We started Bhajis back in November 2019 with one goal in mind… To create mouth-watering flavours and serve them roadside to the public like many Dhaba’s (roadside restaurants) across India.
What started as a one day a week hobby quickly grew into a full-time career and since then we have catered at private and corporate functions as well as festivals and street food markets all over London.
At Bhajis we understand that quality ingredients are key to creating both authentic and vibrant flavours, so we have carefully sourced our ingredients across East London, the home of Bhajis."
